Sito is a rock-star in our business. Over 20 years experience in Hobby Distribution, working his way up from warehouse assistant to owner, Sito understands every part of what makes this industry tick. When not knee-deep in company business, our resident rocker, is often found arguing with Roger that the Bucs are better than the Redskins or singing some rendition of an 80’s rock song at the top of his voice. It’s never dull at PHD!
The person who really runs our business. Married to head honcho Sito, Amy has been working within the Hobby Distribution Industry for over 20 years. Starting with Sportscards, Amy has partnered with Sito for over 19 of those years, excelling as an Accounts Manager before becoming one of our resident accounting and logistics gurus with Lisa. A huge dog lover and Disney fan, she’s ideally located in Orlando to enjoy the thrills of the Magic Kingdom with her fun-loving family.
Senior Operations Manager
Hailing from the North East, Lisa is our “go to” person. Another of our vastly experienced staff, she has been in the Hobby Gaming Industry for over 15 years, running a Hobby Gaming Store for over 6 of those. Looking after all the background workings of PHD, with her great friend Amy, Lisa is one of the very first PHD contacts with customers. She’ll be there helping stores with their initial account setup, to customer invoicing, receiving, shipping, and a lot more. When not passionately working to bring you better service, Lisa relaxes by playing online strategy based games or curling up with a good book.

Rods first job was at age 15 as a sales clerk at Hobbyland in Florida. Even though It was only a month-long seasonal position, he had already caught the gaming bug. Before he knew it, he was running games at local conventions, such as MegaCon and DragonCon. Soon after, he expanded his knowledge and experience by hosting gaming convention panels, co-writing and publishing three Dungeons & Dragons compatible adventures and is currently working on his own RPG. That, combined with over 25 years of retail management experience, makes Rod more than qualified to help you host exciting and engaging events in your store.

Stephanie joined us with a wealth of experience in both banking and administration making her a wizard in her role with general admin and invoicing. Dedicated to her family, Stephanie is a true sweetheart and all of our clients get to talk with Stephanie when they call in. The only other requirement for PHD is to be an animal lover, and Stephanie is a self confessed, borderline crazy cat lady with her two feline loves Charlie and Merlin!

Larry is a long time member of PHD with over 12 years business experience. In his time with PHD, Larry has worked form all our locations, successfully helping our client’s businesses grow across the country. He can also boast being integral to launching all PHD locations and with that in mind, future clients should expect to see him out West shortly. Sadly such an undertaking will take him away from the home of his beloved Falcons.
Chris is a natural green player when it comes to his favorite game Magic: the Gathering. No surprise Chris has a veritable farm at home containing a dog, a cat, a goat, chickens and a duck, making him our resident Selesnyan Guild Master. With over 5 years industry experience, Chris is equally at home mucking out the chickens or packing up and shipping orders. Let’s just hope our clients don’t get a duck instead of the latest releases!
Ashley is no stranger to the tabletop world. When she is not slinging arrows as a Halfling Rogue or slaying her opponents in the Boardgame world, she’s working hard for us at PHD! As one of our Boardgame specialists, Ashley has experience in the industry from sales to manufacturing, distribution, and beyond. She loves to play every table top game there is, and her thirst for table top knowledge will never be quenched! Rosa is no stranger to the industry. Having spent 17 years with Ultra·PRO she brings an unrivaled depth of knowledge to PHD, in the supply field. Being bi-lingual she’s equally at home talking to her clients in English or Spanish and this has served her well in her 10 years working in Customer Serve and Sales.
When not walking her two American Pit Bulls and watching her kids in the Park, Rosa can be found playing her favorite game, Love Letter where she has an uncanny knack for ending the game with the Princess!
With a taste for gold, and a thirst for journeys into lands unknown, Rigo’s sense of adventure takes him far and wide. Even when not questing, he can be seen by friends and family besting opponents on the tabletop or in the digital domain. His particular gaming passions include Yu-Gi-Oh! and board games.
Somewhere along the way, his travels landed him at PHD to take up a position in receiving which allows him to lay eyes on everything gaming that comes through the warehouse.
Senior Warehouse Assistant
Heading up our Warehouse in California is Kevin Tang. Kevin is a long time gamer, like most folks at PHD, and is equally at home behind the keyboard, throwing down cards or killing monsters in a roleplay session.
Kevin considers Betrayal at House on the Hill as his favorite game. A true classic game and certainlyfits in well with us PHD folks. Kevin also has a creative side. From his Graphic Design background to his Cosplay costumes, Kevin is ideally suited to use that creativity in solving stocking solutions, shipping challenges and showroom layout for ease of browsing for all walk-in customers.
Kate is based in Atlanta Georgia at our Peach State sister company. A bonafide Magic specialist and board game player, Kate loves to slap down her opponents and show no mercy as much as she does assisting her stores. Definitely someone to have on your 2HG team! To top off her total gamer chic, Kate loves curling up with her cat and watching episodes of Doctor Who when not masterminding her next Commander deck! I have a feeling this little lady does business like a champion of Azorious but plays games like a zealot of Rakdos!
John “PREACHER” Shepherd
John is a 16 year veteran of the industry. Highly focused on the customer experience and sharing his passion for board games, he can be found equally at home advising stores on the latest products or teaching a new player one of the myriad of games he plays. When not working with a retail store, John can be found relaxing with a good comic book or knocking down doors, killing monsters and taking their treasure in his latest D&D session! Like so many at PHD, John passionately lives, works and plays his hobby!
John has twenty-six years in the hobby & gaming industry starting with Liberty Hobby Distributors back in the day when D&D was still in it’s 1st editions. Like all the old-timers he’s seen many changes in the industry, some good and some not, but over all he’s seen the industry continue to grow and credits this to the dedicated retailers out there on the front lines sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm for gaming. He would like to take this time to thank all the retailers that have given him the opportunity to work with them over the years and to remind us all that when you sell games for a living, everyday is Christmas!
