Due up from McFarlane
This May, McFarlane continues with their dragon ways, with a new series- Legend of the Blade Hunters. This new series not only features dragons, but it also touches on some of the most iconic fantasy characters. Series one has two dragons, a dragon rider, & an ogre in typical McFarlane fashion ! The box set will be the Dragon King Draako( pictured above).
Even though the Dragon series is finished......do not be alarmed, there are dragons a plenty coming from McFarlane in 2008
New Star Wars Toys from Hasbro
Due out this February is the new assortment of Star Wars Figures for 2008. Out with coins & ion with the stands...not only that, but the first series will feature several characters from the upcoming SW Video Game: Force Unleashed. Out of this set you'll find a new Vader, Imperial Evo Trooper, Imperial Jump Trooper, Maris Brood, Rham Kota, Shadow Guard among some older figures including the Spirit of Luke Skywalker.
Mighty Muggs Current & Future Releases
Hasbro's new line of Toys, Mighty Muggs, is in & doing very well....Hasbro's attempt to bring in some money from the "boutique-style" market has found a legion of die hard collector's who won't say no to this line. Now that Star Wars series 3 has arrived we are starting to get a feel of what the line will look like. Star Wars series 4 is scheduled to arrive in April will contain Jango Fett, Commander Cody, Lando Calrissian & Pribcess Leia. Also due out in April will be the debut series 1 for Marvel Mighty Muggs. Each case will contain 1 each of Spider-Man, Venom, Wolverine & Iron-Man....These Muggs are here to stay!

Not only are we to see the non-Clone Wars versions of Anakin, Yoda on Kybuk, & Roron...but how about Darth Malak, a pre-Cyborged Grievous, The "McQuarrie" Leia Starkiller & the much feared Darth Reven ! Not only are these nuggets in the same case but the other two figures that complete the case are a stormtrooper & McQuarrie's Vader !
