Bandai Tabletop Games (BTG) is the official tool designed for organizing and running Bandai tabletop game events like for Gundam Assemble. To apply for and run Official Store events, retailers are required to register for a BTG account. BTG lets you manage event applications, players, and results all in one place.

- Submitting event results
How to Set Up Store Account
Step 1: Create BNID—
- Store must create a BNID (Bandai Namco ID) before creating a BTG account.
- This is the same type of account players will create.
- Enter the contact information & address.
- Sign up here: BNID Sign-Up
- Log in and enter the required information
Step 2: Set Up BTG Account—
- Once you have your player ID, visit the BTG signup page and click New Store Account Registration.
- Enter store name, address (send kit to this address), hours of operation, URL, and other information to be
displayed on the store map for users. Also, submit photos of the store’s exterior and interior for Bandai and distributor review of the BTG Account. - Select PHD as the distributor you wish to do business with (the distributor you select here will review the
account setup).
Step 3: Account Review—
- The distributor matches the submitted information with the customer’s information and conducts an account review.
- Review is usually completed within one week. (Please note that approval may take more than one week depending on the sales region and application timing.)
- Once your account has been approved, you will be able to access your Store My Page.
What Stores Can Do with the BTG System
- Confirmation of tournament
announcement and application for the tournament can be
submitted through BTG. - BTG can also be used to
manage the tournaments.
You can accept player applications for applicable events and process check-in for the event when it is held.
- After the players are checked-in, match pairing can be made with the touch of a button, results can be entered and automatically collected.
- All the functions needed to run a tournament can be done on BTG.
Benefits of Becoming an Official Store
- There’s provided BTG Official Store events suitable for beginners and competitive players.
- Becoming a BTG member allows you order the various kits.
- Get store decorations, promo items, and more. For each title, the event period and timing will vary.
- Bandai is preparing a variety of Special Events for BTG Official Stores.
