PHD customers can click above to begin the registration process and associate your PHD account’s primary email address with your new PHD Portal login. Once completed, you will receive an activation link to the email address you entered. If you do not receive said activation email, please ensure that you signed up using the email associated with your PHD account. Additionally, you may need to look in your Junk, Promotions (Gmail), or Spam folders.
